TO QUALIFY:

  • Reside in El Paso City/County

  • Able to volunteer your time to Rescue Runners by walking shelter pets on one Sunday morning

  • Ability to pay $50 for procedure

  • Pet’s health must be in good, overall condition

  • Available for surgery on a Monday or Wednesday
